Nice Cookies

Anyone know what kind of local stores might have this? The g/f spent 2 hours looking today w/o luck…
She could try contacting her dentist, or perhaps a craft store or maybe a healthfood store.
Going to have to buy it online, they’ve gotten quite expensive over the years since its popularity started to grow.

I bought mine from here:

Culinary stuff, basically you get some sodium alginate and some calcium chloride and whatever you want to make "fake" caviars out of.

Its pretty cool but its a lot of hassle just to get the final product.
Oh, yeah. I saw that video. I guess it makes sense for gourmet or theme food.
