Tropical Tree For Office?
Hi All!
Been a while since i posted anything. Anyway, I have always loved banana trees for their huge leaves.
My job recently moved into a much bigger building, with my own office. I have a wonderful room with a nice window.
However the window is slightly tinted (almost mirror finish look on the outside).
Anyway i would LOVE to find a plant for my office with nice tropical looking leaves. Do you have any recommendations? The average temperature indoors is around 71, I get an average amount of sunlight all day long (there are no trees or buildings close to the window, but my window is pointing towards the north west…)
I know there are quite a few banana trees that can be grown indoors, but I don’t know which one would be best for an office. I do not care if it is a fruit bearing plant or not, What matters most to me is the size of the plant (the room is roughly 250 sq feet), and the price! I don’t want something extremely expensive.
