Cooking Crew: What is your style and signature dish?

I honestly have no idea what my style is. I call it Surf Food because most of my influences come from the various places I have visited on surf trips. Lots of Central American and Caribbean flavors. I try to make dishes with a lot of flavor but still good for you. Heart Healthy, Stoner Approved. So if you made a New Years resolution to eat healthier, I have a ton of recipes like this.

My signature dishes are usually fish with some sort of homemade salsa. Last night I made a variation that ended up being really good so here goes.

Healthy dinner

So my I’m making dinner tonight, but I’ve never been much of a cook. Basically, I want to make something that is 1) healthy, 2) doesn’t require an oven (my apartment doesn’t have one), 3) has some cheese. number 3 is optional, but it would be nice. It doesn’t have to be super healthy, just something healthier than pizza. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks a lot.
Make some chicken breasts in the microwave with a bit of seasoning. Fruit of your liking for a side. Tall glass of milk.

Quality cutting board – Wood or Plastic?
Blender – Cuisinart?
Mixer – Kitchenaid (artisan or pro?)

Reno’d the kitchen- pic v. before and after

Took the last week off of work and completely gutted the kitchen and redid it. Not bad for my first time I think. There’s still a couple small details to take care of. Obviously before is on the right hand side.

Can anyone recommend a good stainless steel cleaner/polisher?
nice.

I really need to redo our kitchen, but that would include new flooring and the floor is no longer level. I fear the cost…

That’s an Ikea flat pack kitchen?

Home Warranty

FYI,
if You have or know someone who uses UA DURR home warranty company let them know to get a home warranty elsewhere since UA durr has dropped off the face of the planet and went bankrupt lol.

on top of that, i have done some easier carpentry work around the house, i can install new windows doors hang drywall lay tile etc, but have never done any plumbing, just had a drain pipe from my garage burst in a crawl space, replacing a pipe seems like it would be simple enough, am i wrong or are there any hidden things i need to know about?
