Need help/ideas with our master bathroom…
Our master bathroom has been re-named to "wall of mirrors".
We just had our house built and asked them not to put the mirrors/lighting up but in order to close they had to present us with a "finished" house.
What we would like to do is put up some nice lighting and some type of framed mirror for each sick.
The problem is that the sinks are on the outer edges of the cabinets and the lights are centered over the entire cabinet (not the sink).
Is it going to look odd if the mirror/lighting don’t line up with the sink?

Yeah, that’s retarded. Have your electrician come and put lights over the sinks. And your mirror in front of the sink.

forgot to add that if you have an exhaust fan in the bathroom keep the fan off the dimmer switch so you do not burn out the motor

why didnt you just supply them with the things you were planning on putting in so they could have presented you with a "finished" house? I hate this about tract home builders, only have limited options an di fyou want to change something it costs a ton of money so its better to just have it done and then rip things out and replace. I think its going to look odd based on your description, but pictures would help show what it looks like
line up the mirrors with the sinks and put directional potlights in if you dont have room for wall mounted lights.
