Looking for a good pico recipie

0

I’ve never made pico before but I want to start, any ideas?
jalapenos, cilantro, tomatoes, onions. all diced and cured in lime juice. play with the portions to your taste.

+ salt and pepper and that’s what i use to make mine
dont forget the cilantro, ppl easily forget the cilantro when making pico at home

i used the same ingrediants when ive made it in the past, i reccoment a different peper than jalepeno though, i cant remember which one i used but prsonally i only enjoy jalepenos when thouroughly cooked

thats just me though

mother fucking dot..

cilantro MAKES a pico

I also like to drain all of the juice after it’s done (I hate a watery salsa) and use it to braise ground beef or stew beef in
have you guys tried finely diced, deseeded cucumber? some cholo mexican homeys i know from work brought some in with it and it made the taste just utterly spectacular
avacados, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lemon, salt and a touch of olive oil.
