Kitchen PC/TV
OK, so been thinking about this a while, and new apt is perfect for it. We already have a spare PC to hide next to or in a kitchen cabinet (UPS protected of course)
Thinking a 19-22" LCD on an extending arm mounted on the same 2×4 the phone jack in this pic is mounted to:

Now – questions..
anyone use a touchscreen with Windows 2003? at all? How do they work? Are they widely supported video card wise, or is a special video card needed?
Anyone recommend any awesome storable or super low profile mouse/keyboards?
Machine is actually the home DC – running win2k3 – the big dilemma will be installing the ati drivers – they do not allow RDP
