Inline air filter ?’s
0OK, I’m installing an air/oil separator on my car for crank case ventilation. HUSKY sells one at Home Depot for cheap, and I have seen it done of a few other cars with success.
Then today I found this at work…
It’s much smaller than the HUSKY unit, but it was installed on one of our air lines at work. Collects moisture and water in the hose.
Anyone know where I can get more? Who makes it? Etc? It would be perfect for smaller air lines in my car, the tips seem to match up perfectly.
a) use a cheap fuel filter from any local auto parts store. DSM guy’s have been doing it forever
b) unless you’re going to be using the oil that is caught in the filter as a cooking oil, you’re in the wrong damn forum.
I read they clog up really fast. I just went and got a regular filter and rigged it up. Seems to be working great have had it now for maybe 1,000 miles.
Yeah, wrong forum. My bad.
