homebrew help v.2: hops trying to escape!
0 Any idea why my hops are climbing up the sides of my pan once added to the wort? I have it at a nice rolling boil, and everytime I check on it the hops are stuck to the side of the pot outside the water…
It happens. If it bugs you or you think it is effecting your beer, use a hop bag.
Also stir your beer every so often.
Got it, I’m stirring every 5 or 10 minutes and praying for the best
