Got the new Weber S-650 grill
0So far, I am loving it. Going to break in the smoke box this weekend with a nice eye round roast.
wow, overcompensating for your shortcomings much in all seriousness, thats super nice but way too much for me and my needs

Overcompensating or otherwise, that is one hawt BTU box…I wouldn’t know whether to hump it or cook with it…probably not both at the same time, that could get ugly. Anyway, ‘grats on the new hardware.

I dont know his location, but here we grill all year round and some of us do it at least twice or three times a week, so that grill wouldnt really be overkill

I do use it year round (I am in New England) but much more heavily in the summer and fall. Probably about 4-5 nights a week. I make a mean pizza on there (very simple).
well i know a lot of people arent as hardcore as to use it in the cold NE winters but
