Getting a house but I need some help
0I’m house hunting and me and my other two roommates have stumbled upon a really nice house. It is exactly what we are looking for but it has gas logs instead of using electricity. I didn’t know how big of a difference this would make. I’ve heard from a few people that gas is much more expensive. Any advice?
Natural Gas is normally CHEAPER the electricity per BTU of heating.
Wait. Gas logs are in fireplaces. Are you saying you’re going to use a single gas-log fireplace to heat the house? THAT will cost you way more than electricity any day. Even with a blower, that will not work.
Explain better.
