Book Crew: Friday Night Lights
i have to read this book for class and i’m actually looking forward to it. to those who have read it, are there any major differences between the movie and book?
There are a ton of differences. For example, they never made it to the State Championship game. If I remember right, Boobie Miles was hurt before the season started and wasnt that big a topic in the book.
Thats just a couple of things to remember.
The book is less of a story and more of a documentary that talks about the city and socioeconomical conditions of that time.

Yep, I haven’t read the book since about 2000, but I believe one of the biggest main issues is race
