Not sure if this is the correct forum for this since this is the "indoor" forum, but my dad was wanting to replace the top of his deck seating area this weekend with fresh new wood because the deck is aging and showing it.
I’m trying to find ways to remove the old wood without messing up the base that it nails/screws to. I can’t get a hammer to pull the old nails out as they are sunk in to deep. I don’t know if I need to just cut in the middle and work my way out or what.

Zucchini pasta sounds like a health dream come true, but I keep finding terrible reviews for all the common household models, and I can’t find any for the more expensive ones.

There is nothing I love more than a big greasy ball of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. How could someone obtain this?
The only thing I can think of would be putting sauce on a pan or something and covering it in cheese and pepperoni then baking it.
Slice up a shitload of pepperoni and put a layer in the bottom of a baking pan. Then a layer of sauce and a layer of cheese. Another layer of pepperoni, then sauce and cheese until you have as many layers as you want. Maybe add a bit of basil and other spices if you want. Bake in oven at some temperature for some amount of time and you have your grease ball.

By Mark Costello. Badass story focusing on a secret service agent and her family/life. Some of the family/parental examination gets tedious, but only because i can’t really relate. The humor was excellent and the ending blew me away. 8/10

I just bought a 4.5" grinder with cutting in mind … the Dremel cutting wheels just go too quick.
So I get an AG452 (the display says 451), it comes with grinding wheel, wire wheel, and abrasive mop so I bought two metal cutters. I get home and start putting this together and it’s nowhere near tightening on the disc
I noticed it’s a Norton wheel, is there a Ryobi metal cutting wheel, that I’m not seeing, that will fit the way it’s supposed to?
on my grinder when i want to se a cutoff disk i have to flip the nut over and put on backwards for it to tighten.

Yeah, I’m thinking of adding a garbage disposal and a dishwasher to this pole barn. Silly question… What powers these 2 things? I know the disposal uses a standard switch, but does it have a plug in somewhere?? I know the dishwasher needs a water in and a water discharge, but what powers it? Are they 110, 220, or something else? Don’t worry, I’m not actually doing the work; a contractor will be. I’m just seeing what needs to be set up.
I think dishwasher models vary so you’ll want to check out the model washer you are getting to be sure. Disposers are usually 110 but some of the bigger commercial models may use 220.

We have an older bagless vacuum, and its time to get a new one. The current one has a couple filters on them that after about 2 uses, clog up and restrict air flow. Also the can that traps the dirt is designed so that once it starts filling up, it loses suction. Add that to the fact that it just doesn’t flow as well as it used to and you’ve got a pretty worthless vacuum.
I really don’t want to spend a lot for a new one…a dyson is definitely out. What other suggestions do you guys have in a bagless, preferably upright?

Ive never made chili before but I wanna start making it. I searched google but didnt see anything I like.
Preferably a ground beef recipe. And nothing too exotic with a bunch of shit i cant find.
We like beans in our, so I use a can of Bushes Hot Kidney Beans and a can of Black Beans (but we use venison instead of beef).
Do you like Cincinnati chili? Here’s a fantastic recipe that tastes like the real stuff. I like to eat it regular like soup as well as 3-way, 4-way,etc.. like real cincy chili…
